Oregon White Oak
Oregon White Oak is a classic wood known for its shipyard toughness and distinct grain. Strong mid-toned cool amber tones to darker wheat with marbled smoky chocolate and creams, Our custom milling shows higher than typical percentage Craftsman/Mission Style flowing rift and quartersawn grain.
SELECT is our finest grade, appropriate for wherever a refined, upscale look is sought. Virtually clear, Select allows an occasional small pin knot and burl.
CHARACTER is our popular appearance grade. Highlights the structurally sound natural features of the wood, including knots no larger than 2” in diameter, tight burls & small fillable holes which will not effect the integrity of the flooring.
Janka rating 1660 suitable for high traffic commercial or residential applications
A solid slab of 3/16" (4.5 mm) hardwood mounted to furniture grade multi-ply birch. 5/8" or 3/4" final thickness. Our GM Silk Floor Oil is a natural, zero VOC finish providing a subtle sheen, easy to maintain & very durable surface that brings out the luster and beauty of the wood without the "glazed" look of most factory finished floors. Our traditional 3/4" thick solid wood, sand and finish on site floor. Square edges (no micro-bevel) means a good old fashioned seamless floor they way they were made for centuries. Extra Long lengths means fewer seams and longer runs for a less "bricky" appearance. Click here for more info...
Sand and finish on site to customer specification, a great long length option for over cement or radiant when you need the structure of engineered with the seamless, "no micro-bevel" look of traditional floors.
